Harold W. Roe
Harold is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Employee Prosperity Partners, a pioneering firm in the burgeoning new field of employee financial wellness. As a former CPA, financial planner and employee benefits consultant, he brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to the industry. Harold’s Amazon #1 Bestselling book, Maximum Prosperity, has become the de facto textbook for teaching employee financial wellness in the workplace. He leads Maximum Prosperity workshops for employees of corporate clients and is responsible for helping hundreds of families establish a relationship with a financial planner.
Harold holds an accounting degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
Kevin Clingan
Kevin is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Employee Prosperity Partners. In his previous career as an employee benefits consultant, Kevin provided unique, data driven solutions to the “benefits problem” employers have faced for many decades. He has a passion for helping employees understand the value of their benefit plans and how to propel the foundational elements of their benefits package into a comprehensive personal financial plan.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and History from Rhodes College.
Scott Cantrell
As Chief Communications Officer of Employee Prosperity Partners, Scott guides organizations to effectively educate their employees on financial wellness and works with business leaders to maximize the value of the EPP program implementation. As a consultant to employee benefit advisors, Scott has developed strategies employers leverage to optimize talent acquisition and retention. He has presented to thousands of business leaders around the country helping them grow their companies and maximize the productivity and profitability of their most valuable asset – their people.
Scott earned a marketing degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
